Perfect for flexible hosting, this option lets guests enjoy beverages on an open tab with a minimum of 20 guests for at least 2 hours. You pay based on what your group orders or pours.

Each guest receives a pre-set dollar amount to enjoy beer, cider, and wine from our self-pour wall—after that, they’re welcome to keep the party going on their own tab.

Treat your guests to premium spirits and self-serve tap wall pours of wine and beer for a top-tier open bar experience.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Deposit and Payment Schedule

  • Contract Deposit: After the contract is signed, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before. Any a la carte add-ons and options incurred during the event are due at the end of the event. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Final Guest List and Menu Selections

  • Guest Count and Details Confirmation: The final guest count is required 7 days prior to the event. This confirmed count will help with initial setup and staffing, though additional guests may be accommodated during the event as space allows. Fees for guest count will be increased accordingly, but may not be decreased for no-shows or changes within 7 days of the event date.

Taxes, Service Charge, and Gratuities

  • Sales Tax: An additional sales tax will be applied to the final invoice.

  • Service Charge: A 22% service charge will be applied, which includes gratuity and administrative fees.
