These surgical superheroes turned beer bosses have traded their scrubs for hops and barley, and they're here to prove that pouring the perfect pint is their new specialty.
After a thrilling adventure in Los Angeles, where they tackled cardiothoracic and trauma surgical nursing, Daniel and Via decided it was time for a new type of operation: Operation Tapville Mobile! Born in Louisiana, Daniel's roots beckoned, and the Schwab family made a triumphant return from the City of Angels to the City of Jazz.
“The concept is so cool and hip that we want to bring it to Louisiana, where we have a range in clientele in private events as it is a wedding destination, and a state that lives on festivals and concerts. It was immediately a good fit when we visited Tapville for the discovery day. We are happy and grateful to finally open Tapville in New Orleans!” says Via Schwab.
