She has designed and delivered performance improvement solutions in person and online for over 20 years.  More than once she has created employee and leadership curriculum where none existed before. “It is an exciting time to be joining Tapville with more than 50 locations in planning and record numbers expected. I am here to support the existing training and to continue developing training for the franchise owners as well as their staff.  Tapville has a wide range of possibilities for franchises because they have a restaurant concept as well as kiosks and mobile units. Adequate training can make a franchisee successful even without restaurant/hospitality background. I am in the field of training to help enable people to be successful in their roles. Providing value to franchisees and their employees is exciting to me.”

“Now is an amazing time for this Tapville concept, with self-pour and contactless payment becoming increasingly important. Franchisee partners are able to showcase their local craft beers as it appeals to men as well as women. Tapville Social is also a great girl’s night out location. It isn’t just beer and wine - who doesn’t like mimosa flights?”, said Renie McClay, Director of Tapville University, Tapville.

“As the number of our franchisee partners grow, it is important for Tapville to make sure they are well trained. Renie’s experience and leadership skills in this area will help mold Tapville University into a world-class training facility to train our franchisees for success,” said Joseph Tota, CEO, Tapville.
