Tapville hosts fundraising events Monday - Thursday nights between 5 and 10 p.m. We ask that events be scheduled at least three weeks in advance to provide time to promote the event.
What qualifies as a fundraiser?
Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) and must provide a valid W-9 form.
Does my organization pay in advance?
No. Your organization will receive 15% of the proceeds back. We'll need a guest list or a sign-in list to track their spend to donate the 15% back to your organization.
When do we receive payment for the event?
Tapville will issue payment to your organization within 45 days of the event.
Are there any restrictions?
All events must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Fundraising nights must be approved by Tapville and scheduled in advance. All scheduled events are subject to cancellation at Tapville's discretion. Tapville will donate 15% to the organization of net food and beverage sales (gross sales less taxes and discounts). All advertising costs are the responsibility of the organization. Any use of the Tapville logo must be approved by Tapville management.
